All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
All platform content, features, and design elements of Nadil (excluding user-generated menu content) are owned by Nadil and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Nadil at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nadil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
